We deal in legally non-licensed Air guns of .177 caliber / 4.5mm which are below 20 Joules As per the Arms Rule 2016. We also deal in Airsoft toy guns, plastic and metal toy guns, replica lighters, wall decoration toy guns.
To buy .177 air guns we will require your ID proof and address proof (Aadhar card, Driving license, passport, voter ID), Passport size Photograph, The order won't be dispatched until ID proof is received, once you place the order please mail your ID proof and Passport size photograph with the Order Number on airsoftgunindia@gmail.com You may also be required to go through video KYC please keep your Hard Copy of your ID proof ready for Video KYC. As per our Company policy, any type of toy guns or lighter requires a mandatory KYC document (Aadhar card, Driving license, passport, voter ID)
All products will be dispatched only after full payment is received. All the guns go through a mandatory quality check before it is dispatched so it will take some time to dispatch your goods. Order once shipped cant be canceled, replaced, returned, or transferred to someone else Since there is no guarantee or warranty on any products we physically check all the products before the dispatch, we can only exchange your product in case the wrong product is shipped to you which is rare like finding a Unicorn.
We try to ship your goods/order in 24 to 48 working hours it takes this much time for document verification, KYC, Quality check, packaging. Your parcel will be shipped according to the availability of couriers at both the pickup and delivery locations.
We use Gati courier, Blue dart, Safexperss, Maruti Courier & Indian post depending upon availability All the courier will only be shipped through surface mode these parcel cant be shipped via air or express/overnight delivery, So you need to have some serious patience, it's hard since you are excited about your order but it will take 4 to 25 days depending upon your distance from Mumbai and courier speed. User/Purchaser/Buyer is solely responsible for uses of the gun in a legal way and must follow all the rules and regulations, brandishing of the gun even if its toy gun is illegal in India and you will be charged if found guilty doing it.
Needless to say that it is the buyer responsibility to keep these gun away from children and store it into safe/ gun box away from children
