Hand pumps are the most convenient and affordable way to charge your PCP air rifle. These hand pumps have several features which provide easier use and a longer lifetime of the pump.

Assembly:
1. Fix the quick disassembly handle on the upper part of the hand pump body.
2. Thread the air bleed valve to the end.
3. Install a quick disassembly hose with an adapter at the bottom of the base.

Instructions:
It is recommended to perform low-pressure relief three times 0-10 mpa (100bar). Install a high-pressure test plug. pumping to reach 10mpa, open the bleed valve. Repeat 3 times, In order to remove the oil inside the new manual air pump. Prevent oil pollution from burning inside and damaging the equipment and hose.

Usage:
1. Connect the fill nozzle supplied with the adapter to the high-pressure hose on the hand-operated pump. Make sure the air bleed valve is tight (closed).
2. Hold the handle with your hands and place your feet on the pump support plate.
3. Start pumping by slowly lifting and then pressing down on the handle. Continue pumping until you reach your desired pressure level in the air cylinder 4. When you are finished filling the air cylinder, slowly open the bleed valve so that the air trapped in the hose is discharged. Then, disconnect the cylinder air hose.

WARNINGS AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Use this pneumatic hand pump only for the air cylinder. Do not use it for other purposes. If possible, use your pump in low humidity environments. This is very beneficial for the performance of your air pump.
2. Do not use the pneumatic hand pump for more than 8 minutes in a row. Leave the hand-held pneumatic pump to cool for 15 minutes after each pumping period. The opening of the pump air bleed valve is done so that the excess heat at the bottom of the pump is removed. Such action will also allow the removal of moisture. Most of the air cylinders can be filled within 5 minutes, so what we need is a single pumping session. We recommend that you let the pump rest after 50 pumps, or when the pump is overheated. Otherwise, the service life of the pneumatic hand pump sealing rings may be shortened.
3. Pump slowly and calmly. Stop at the top and bottom of the pump stroke (1-2 seconds) for all air to flow through the small holes inside the pump. The manual pneumatic pump works in both directions, although the greater force is felt during the descent. Be sure to go to the end of each stem stroke, as most of the work is done within the last 2-3 cm of the stem stroke.
4. Use your body weight when it becomes too difficult to pump. It will be very difficult to pump after 100BAR pressure. Make sure to use your body weight to go beyond this pressure level.
\5. Pumping can become more difficult after prolonged use. This can be caused by a lack of lubrication or poor lubrication, causing greater resistance to the sealing rings. Therefore, it is recommended that the pump is occasionally cleaned and lubricated. Lubrication should be applied on a small scale to the stem of the manual pneumatic pump and then pumped a few times. silicone oil or silicone grease be used as a lubricant. Please apply evenly.
6. Make sure the air bleed valve is opened before disconnecting the air cylinder hose from your cylinder. Otherwise, the sealing rings and the filling spout may be damaged. This process also allows for the removal of moisture.
7. The maximum recommended pressure for this pneumatic hand pump is 270 BAR. However, the maximum safe pressure for filling the air cylinder may be different. NEVER exceed the manufacturer's recommendations for maximum air cylinder fill pressure. This can cause dangerous situations, resulting in serious injury to you or others present, if the air cylinder is loaded above the maximum recommended pressure level. Also, never fill any air cylinder that is not in good condition or damaged.
8. Always use the pneumatic hand pump in a firm and secure position, never on slippery surfaces. Adopt a proper position and posture for pumping.
9. Do not twist or flatten the hose when using the hand pneumatic pump.
